If it seems like you’re just running to keep up, on a day to day basis, you’ve come to the right place.
Do you have “someday” goals lodged in the back of your head, waiting for some golden moment to happen? Or do you start down the road of achieving those goals, only to find yourself on some fork that you didn’t expect, all too often?
Martha Darwin offers values-oriented coaching for today’s businessperson.
What creates the need for this kind of coaching today?
Look back over 2000 years ago to a statement from Heraclitus:
Nothing endures but change.
–Heraclitus (540 BC – 480 BC),from Diogenes Laertius, Lives of Eminent Philosophers
That statement is just as valid today as it was then, with one twist. Even though change has been a constant force, Heraclitus did not send that message out from his Blackberry. The RATE of change has gained momentum right under our noses.
Some of the areas we might address as we go through the coaching process are:
- How can I, a healthy person, stay steady?
- How can I make important career decisions in a climate of constant change?
- How can I learn to focus on my accomplishments and the positive things in my day?
- How will I respond to the uncertainty of the business world?
- How can I get unstuck, and stay that way?
- How can I increase my capabilities as a leader?
- And, what’s next for me?
